Unhinged Nutjob Alex Jones Issues Shocking Threat to ‘Take Down’ ‘Demon’ Mueller
VEILED THREATS LEVELED AT SPECIAL COUNSEL
It is a well-known fact that conspiracy theorist and InfoWars owner Alex Jones has close relations with Donald Trump. During the 2016 presidential election, he Jones were in contact with one another, with the future President reportedly telling him “Your reputation is amazing. I will not let you down.” None of this is even taking into consideration Jones’ spreading of the false Pizzagate conspiracy theory propaganda, which ridiculously claimed that Hillary Clinton was helping run a child trafficking ring out of a pizzeria in Washington, D.C.
It should therefore come as no surprise that Jones has a problem with Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation, which has been looking into the far more real matter of possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials. With criminal charges filed against (at present) 32 people, the probe is getting results.

This evidently has not sat well with Jones. In another one of his infamous mouth-foaming rants, Jones personally attacked the former FBI Director, making false claims that Mueller had covered up sex predator Jeffrey Epstein’s felonies, and that the man was “a monster” and “a demon” who he would work to take down:
“That’s a demon I will take down, or I’ll die trying. So that’s it. It’s going to happen, we’re going to walk out in the square, politically, at high noon, and he’s going to find out whether he makes a move man, make the move first, and then it’s going to happen.”
While Jones made these threats, he repeatedly mimicked firing a pistol with his hand.
“It’s not a joke. It’s not a game. It’s the real world. Politically. You’re going to get it, or I’m going to die trying, bitch. Get ready. We’re going to bang heads. We’re going to bang heads.”
Ironically, Jones had the gall to use Epstein as a focal point for his pro-Trump spiel. Epstein, for those who do not know, was an investor and banker who was convicted of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution, and subsequently sentenced to prison. He has become of particular interest to the right-wing as he was reportedly good friends with Bill Clinton… which of course ignores, as Jones did too, that Epstein was close to Trump, too.
Trump has, of course, numerous disgusting sexual misconduct allegations against him, with some of these forming lawsuits. But even if we ignore those, back in 2016 as Trump ran for President a lawsuit was filed against the man accusing him of raping a 13-year old girl. A case which also involved Epstein, as it allegedly took place at one of Epstein’s parties.
Trump’s accuser’s attorney announced the woman’s decision to drop the suit on November 5th, just 3 days before the 2016 election, stating that she was “in great fear”, and had been subjected to “some terrible threats”. Adult film actress Stephanie Clifford, better known as “Stormy Daniels”, also indicated being threatened in relation to her claims about sex with Donald Trump.
Regardless, Jones was admittedly clever in his tirade. By throwing the word “politically” in there, Jones has managed to prevent his statement from being a flat-out death threat. Barely. It brings to mind statements that have been issued in the past by Republican figures like Trump and Sarah Palin regarding thinly-veiled calls for violence. By wording it just right, they manage to stay in the realm of free speech while giving their supporters leeway to interpret things how they see fit.
We’ve seen it before so many times in history, where violent rhetoric from politicians and propagandists led to real violence. So, thin veiling aside, this is still a threat, and Jones had better be careful, because it is a federal crime to threaten a law enforcement official. Whether or not legal proceedings will be opened up against him remains to be seen, but even if they are there is little doubt in my mind that Trump would just pardon him like he did with Joe Arpaio.
On the other hand, the defamation lawsuit from the parents of the Sandy Hook victims is gaining traction as Jones is working hard to have it dismissed, despite the strong evidence against him.
